When you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should fully expand within 72 hours. All of our products are made and shipped in the USA, and we are a fabrication company that cuts and prepares each order to ensure consistent quality.
